Application Process
Stage 1: Digital CV and Cover Letter
You'll need to submit your personal details, work experience, skills, languages and any additional information. You will also be asked to upload a Cover Letter and a CV.
Stage 2: Online Situational Judgement Tests
Morgan Stanley's online assessment is tailored specifically to the firm, offering an immersive experience. The test focuses on situational judgement questions relevant to the firm’s operations and values. Candidates must respond to scenarios based on how they would handle particular situations in line with Morgan Stanley’s expectations.
Stage 3: First Round Interview

Stage 4: Second Round Interview
